DA doesn't ban people under the age of 13 to be mean. They do it because they legally have to. BY LAW. And DA didn't make the laws, either. They would just rather not go to jail. Can't blame them for that, can you? If you keep making accounts, they will eventually ban your IP address and then you can't come back at all. Just wait till you're 13 and then you can come back with no problems! Don't ruin the future for yourself.
